--I am writing to commend one of your sales persons, This evening I stopped at your Eastgate Mall store and was assisted by Ms. Amanda Freeman. She was very pleasant and answered my questions honestly. She showed genuine interest in assisting someone that has very little knowledge of music and who is just getting started learning guitar. I will return to this store and tell my friends and colleagues of my experience. Please be sure to pass this to the store manager at this store so he/she can congratulate Ms. Freeman on a job well done.
