Jim started piano at 5 years old, and continued on to learn voice, organ, violin and baritone horn through High School. He played church for the very first time at the age of 13 and had his own church organist position at 17. He then went on to college majoring in organ performance, started teaching band in grades 5-12 at age 19, conducting choirs at the same time. He went on to teaching band, playing organ, and private instruction in Indiana, Florida and Ohio. He joined up with the Willis Team in May of 2003 and has been a with them every since. With Jim's experience, please be assured that your needs in music, whether you are just beginning or an advanced player, will be met with care and concern.
